Foundations to Flight
At Pitt, we know that every great diver starts with a strong foundation. Foundations of Flight is our three-day diving camp designed specifically for beginner and early- intermediate athletes who are ready to learn, grow, and take the leap—literally!
Whether you’re brand new to the sport or have a bit of experience, this camp is all about building your skills from the ground up – while having a ton of fun in the process. You’ll work with enthusiastic and experienced Pitt coaches who are passionate about helping young athletes develop solid fundamentals, gain confidence on the board, and foster a love for the sport.

Meals are the responsibility of each camper. No meals will be provided.

Each camper must bring:
Swim suit (one piece for girls)

INSTRUCTION GROUP SIZE
Pitt Diving Camps pride ourselves on our small divers to coach ratio. Divers will be in small groups of divers to enable fantastic coaching but also the opportunity for divers to build relationships and trust with the coaching and counselling staff.
ALL CAMPS ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL ENTRANTS, ONLY LIMITED BY NUMBER, AGE, GRADE OR GENDER.
NCAA GUIDELINES PROHIBIT PAYMENT OF CAMP EXPENSES (E.G., TRANSPORTATION, CAMP FEES, SPENDING MONEY, ETC.) BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH ATHLETICS INTERESTS. NCAA RULES ALSO PROHIBIT FREE OR REDUCED CAMP ADMISSION FOR PROSPECTS (9TH GRADE AND ABOVE).
